The Fisherman
This lively original story ballet opens on a small fishing village near Breton. A young fisherman, Guillame, saves a turtle from a group of rowdy children, and is rewarded with a magic belt that allows him to breathe under water. As Guillame ventures into the deep blue sea, he encounters lovely sea nymphs, brave little crabs, elegant scallops, colorful fish and graceful seahorses, who help him defeat an evil sea witch to save the day.
