The Performing Arts Repertory Company (PARC) is a non-profit (CFC Code 65766) performing group in-residence at the Ballet Academy, Beltsville, MD. PARC produces original story ballets, theatre performances, in-school workshops and dance demonstrations. PARC’s intent is to present quality community based arts, make them more viable, enrich the community and encourage children to learn through the arts.

The Performing Arts Repertory Company presents Celebration of International Dance on Nov. 12, 2011, 7:30 PM, at the Publick Playhouse (301-908-4079).
PARC received a Pepsi Refresh Your Community Grant
and is proud to bring Art in the Park to Bladensburg
on September 24, 2011 from 1 pm—5 pm. This free
community event will bring dance, art and literature to
the community in a fun and participative format. The
day will feature free dance classes for all ages, including
Hip Hop, Step and Jazz. There will also be craft activities,
face painting, book giveaways, music and food.
PARC has partnered with the Town of Bladensburg to
hold the event at the Bladensburg Community Center.
Join PARC
at the Publick Playhouse in Cheverly for the story ballet Pinocchio. The show will take place on May 21, 2011 with two performances, one at: 3:30 and one at 7:30. There will also be a Ballet Academy recital consisting of repertory dances and student works at the Publick Playhouse on May 22, 2011 at 3 PM.

Since its inception in 2006, the Hober Family Scholarship has awarded $1,875 in scholarship money.
The Charles Hober Family Scholarship is awarded to students currently enrolled at the Ballet Academy, age 5-21, on the basis of commitment and love of ballet.
